When do I need to report my final guest count, and who is included?
Your final guest count is required two weeks (14 days) before your event date, preferably before your final balance is paid. Should your actual guest count exceed your final guest count, additional charges will be deducted from your security deposit. Your guest count should include all invited guests as well as any vendors who you wish to feed as well.
When is my final balance due?
Your final balance is due two weeks (14 days) before your event date. We accept cash, check, Zelle and credit/debit card payments. All credit/debit card processing will be subject to a 4% service charge. Please make all payment checks payable to “Sporos Enterprises LLC”.
What time can my vendors begin to set up?
Your vendors can begin setup as early as 10am on your event date.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
Rancho Brazil offers an excellent in house bar service with bartender, and competitively priced options for you and your guests. Our alcohol license strictly prohibits any outside beverages to be brought in or consumed on the premises.

Can I choose the layout of my event?
Yes, there are many ways to configure the layout of your event.
What is required to formally book a date at Rancho Brazil?
We require a $2,000 retainer (non-refundable) and a signed contract to formally book your date.
What time does my event need to end?
The outdoor noise ordinance in Tulare County requires music to be turned off by 10pm.
